perut kembung

huhuhu.. tjuk yg sngt snsitif for girls.. boys too for sure..

dats embarassing u know hving stomach like balloon.. eeuuwww.. when u stand up everyone can clearly see ur stomach.. jus imagine when u sit down.. wat hapen??

huh.. got clear k.. u must take care ur prsonality.. dats so important for girls to look beautiful without 'balloon' stomach..

now i will share some infrmation 2 dcrease perut kembung..

1st
BERDIRI- berdiri tegak dgn keadaan jari kaki terbuka lebar ke arah kiri dan kanan. bengkokkan lutut dan bercekak pinggang. berjengket hingga terbentuk susut 90 darjah. tahan perut beberapa saat dan berdiri seperti biasa. ulang smpi rase lega..

2nd
DUDUK- duduk smbil memeluk lutut. rebahkn sedikit bdn ke blkng, thn bdn mngikut kekuatan lengan. kemudian pegang bahagian peha shngga terasa otot perut mulai tegang.. do dat for 30 sec.

3rd
BARING- baring smbil membengkokkakn lutut. mk sure tpk kaki, tngn dan lengan berada di atas lntai. letak pergelangan kaki knn di hujung peha kiri. then trik bhgian blkg peha kiri dngn ke dua tngn. kemudian, trik ke dlm ( ke arah dada) sekuat yg bleh.. do dat for 30 sec.

think carefully girls!!! evryone hv their own beauty.. we jus need to know how to mk it more and more beautiful.. cnfident will show on when we know how to express our beauty..
